Arc

About

A brand delivering refined experiences through food and space.

Quiet Luxury Rooted in Japanese Aesthetics

Arc is a brand that designs refined moments centered around dining, hospitality,

and cultural experiences for both domestic and international guests.

What is Arc?

Arc is a brand that designs refined moments centered around Japanese food culture and hospitality.

We do not just operate restaurants; we view everything—including the spaces before and after dining, customer service, guest flow, and overall impression—as a single, cohesive experience.

We aim to be a trusted, reliable brand that hotels, travel agencies, concierges, and international guests can recommend with complete confidence.

Creating Memorable Moments Centered on Food

At the heart of Arc is the experience created through food.

By blending cuisine, space, and service into one, we create moments that transcend a simple meal, serving as a venue for welcoming your most cherished guests.

At “Nagomi” in front of the Todaiji Monzen, we deliver authentic Japanese refinement to domestic and international guests through dining experiences centered on premium Wagyu beef.

Reliable experiences,

delivered quietly and carefully.

Message from the CEO

Delivering Japanese Food Culture to the World

— A Mission Born from Childhood Questions —
My experience at a British boarding school during my childhood led me to contemplate a fundamental question: “What is Japan, and what does it mean to be Japanese?” By living abroad and looking at Japan from the outside, I rediscovered the subtlety, deep kindness, and superb, world-class culture that we possess. The strong sense of mission to convey this irreplaceable culture correctly and beautifully to the world is the very origin of our business.

— Delivering Japanese Aesthetics Through Food and Experience —
Arc is a company that promotes Japanese aesthetics from multiple angles through food, space, and experiences. With restaurant operations at our core, we work to create spaces where guests can immerse themselves in Japanese culture through all five senses.

— The Meaning Behind Our Name —
Our company name, “Arc,” is derived from the initials of: Authentic × Refined × Culture
Through food and space, we will deliver “authentic” and “refined” Japanese values to the world, creating experiences that linger beautifully in people’s hearts.
